A typical Estonian Dinner is:

Roast pork,  sauerkraut cooked with apple and barley,  potatoes and carrots.   Fish is usually served as an appetizer usually pickled salt herrings and black bread.

A typical dessert would be a delicious apple cake or strudel.

I will cook the pork and sauerkraut.

It’s nice to be in keeping with tradition so it’s up to our guests and what they would like to offer towards this Estonian feast.

I look forward to seeing you all at our next gastronomical event.
