All purchases made on the Probus Club of Clarington website are non-refundable.  This includes membership fees and event registrations.

Members may cancel their membership at any time.  The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current term. 

Exceptions

Administrative Errors:  Refunds may be made if a member has made an administrative error such as paying twice for a service.  The member must request a refund by contacting Probus Club of Clarington by email.

Cancellation of Events:  If the Probus Club of Clarington must cancel an event for any reason, all registrants will be refunded.  If the event is rescheduled and the member cannot attend the new date, their registration will be refunded.
